Just Plain Unbelievable - A Backflip to a Low Single

Some of the things I've seen in wrestling I would have thought to be almost impossible if I didn't see it with my own eye.  I came accross this short clip while researching some technique video.  Check out this footage of Latra Collick (Newberry College) backflipping out of a shot and hitting a low single for the takedown.  Its well worth 27 seconds of your time.
